Recipe for Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

This is a Fall time favorite, year after year in our home...
I wanted to share my recipe with you, so you could enjoy your pumpkins guts too...;)
Also, for a twist - instead of that pinch of salt, use cinnamon & sugar for a sweet twist.
